Signature Place condominiums offer a variety of floor plans in a contemporary style. Its completion came during the economic downturn of 2009, causing many preconstruction buyers to drop out, so an auction was held to set the price for the first units purchased after completion. Today, the value of those units has far eclipsed their purchase price as the building's popularity grew due to a socially active and eclectic group of owners. The location on 1st Street and 2nd Avenue South gives spectacular views of Tampa Bay, Demens Landing and Al Lang Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Rowdies. The Saturday Morning Market is located right across the street from October to May and in the spring, it's one of the best spots to watch the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg as the cars go racing down 1st Street.
